No-bake Power Oat Balls

Hello balls of oat, 
you've got to be a mental note,
as the yummiest snack to be swallowed down the throat!
& mommas can gloat,
for these power oat balls will win every kid's vote!
plus this recipe is as easy as one can hope,
a grab-&-go brekky that can free the mommas of having to devote! 











Makes 22 balls


Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (45g) instant oats
- half of 2/3 cup (25g) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (60g) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (30g) flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup (50g) chocolate chips
- half of 1/3 cup (40g) maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon (10g) chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Methods 
1. Combine all in a bowl and mix until combined.
2. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. With the help of a round tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll into 22 balls.

Sore in an airtight container and chill, enjoy these power oat balls for a week!

How was it?
absolutely delicious! so easy to make...do get your kids to get their hands messy & roll these up as well! the peanut butter and chocolate chips complements the taste of oats really well. & having oats, flaxseeds & chia seeds, these oats are like the name suggests, POWER! packed with fibre that'll keep you & your kids happy & full for a longer time.
