Spicy Potato Wedges

these potato wedges are on fire...
& best thing is they were not cooked by the fryer!







Serves 4

Ingredients

- 1kg washed potatoes, sliced to wedges
- 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne peppers
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- generous dashes of black pepper

Method
1. Preheat oven to 230 degree C.

2. In a large bowl, pour in the oil, herbs and spices, mixing well.
3. Mix in the potatoes until well-combined.
4. Place the marinated potatoes on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and toss a little and bake for another 20 minutes.

How was it?

YUM. Just...yummy. If you're a fan of burning hot spicy food, this is for you my dear. Wedges were cooked well, slightly crisp on the outside...soft & fluffy on the inside. Love it.
