Buckwheat Granola

so my friends had to admit,
that this was a hit!
choke full of whole-grain & seed...
an addictive snack that makes one greed!
oh yes this is very yummy indeed.






Makes 3-4 cups 

Ingredients
- 2 cups (225g) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (50g) almond chunks
- 3/4 cup (145g) raw buckwheat
- 1/8 cup (18g) sesame seeds
- 1/8 cup (20g) chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (45ml) grapeseed oil 
- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup 
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinammon ground
- 1/4 cup (25g) dried mulberry
- 1/4 cup dried cranberry

Methods:
1. Combine everything (except mulberry and cranberry) and mix well in a bowl.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degree C for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from oven, stir in mulberry and bake for another 30 minutes.
4. Stir in cranberry and allow to cool completely.

Enjoy as it is or with a glass of low-fat milk! Yum!
