Homemade jams are the best,
without the commercial preservatives or whatever else you might suggest!
Following this I'm on a jam quest,
to have other fruits for this recipe test.
O' we are blessed,
for this quick jam could be a gift for special friends we have!

voila, these will make such pretty gifts!
Makes 1/2 cup of jam
Ingredients
- 140g strawberries, chopped/sliced
- 140g sugar
Methods
1. Preheat oven at 180 degree C.
2. Place both ingredients in seperate oven-proof dishes and bake for 20 minutes.
3. Pour the sugar into the strawberry goo and mix well.
4. Allow to cool before pouring into sterilized jars.
Enjoy with whole-grain crackers and a glass of low-fat milk!
How was it?
Tastes pleasantly sweet & 'natural' without artificial preservatives & being so easy to prepare, what's not to love? homemade jam to last for at least 2 weeks!
