- 1 cup (250g) non-fat mixed berry yogurt
- 4 tablespoons (30g) mulberry, dried
- 35g almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (20g) chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon coffee ground
Methods
Mix everything together and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
