- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 300ml low fat milk
- 1/2 sachet earl grey tea dust
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Cinnamon Sugar (mix and store in ajar)

3. Make a well in the centre, pouring the milk in and stir well (batter has to be smooth).

So my bestie got me this donut maker as a gift and I'm so happy with it!

4. Pour 1 heap teaspoon of batter into each (preheated) donut mould.
5. Let it cook for 3 1/2 minutes.
6. Remove donuts and cool on wire rack.
7. Use chopsticks to poke through the hole.
8. Dunk each donutinto the melted butter and shake off the excess.
9. Coat with cinnamon sugar.

Enjoy!
