INGREDIENTS
2 cups plain flour
½ cup self-raising wholemeal flour
¾ cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 ¼ cup milk
1 eggs, lightly beaten
METHODS
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Line 2 muffin trays with 24 muffin cups.
3. Sift flour into bowl, stir in sugar and chocolate chips.
4. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, mixing well!
5. Spoon mixture into cups, 2/3 full.
6. Bake on mid-shelf for 15-20minutes.
7. Once baked, immediately cool on wire racks!
p.s 1 cup self-raising flour = 1 cup plain flour + 2 tsp baking powder
