INGREDIENTS
- 150g self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
...- pinch of salt
- 185ml milk
- 1 egg
- melted butter (to brush)
METHODS
1. sift flour, sugar & salt
2. whisk milk and egg, and add to dry mixture, continue whisking until smooth
3. drop level tablespoons of batter to a butter-greased pan and cook for 1/2 minute until golden
4. turn over and cook for 1 minute
5. serve warm :)from the land-down-under
