Makes 9-12 (depending on your mould-size)
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 1 egg
- 45g margarine/butter, melted
- 110g skimmed milk
- 125g plain flour
- 30g oats (quick-cooking or rolled)
- 3tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 35g raisins
METHODS:
1) Preheat oven to 200oC.
2) Mash bananas and add egg, margarine/butter, and milk.
3) Combine & mix remaining ingredients into a separate bowl, well.
4) Stir well to combine wet and dry ingredients.
5) Pour batter into moulds/muffin tins (2/3 full).
5 ) Bake at 200oC for 15 to 20 minutes. *
* or steam for 15minutes
