Army of Teacakes

a friend signed up to be a shavee,

& garnered generous donations to Hair for Hope charity,

to thank every one of her angel,

she got us to bake appreciation teacakes - to which we said yes!!! with much zeal.

with batch baking, there's forgetting - we forgot the leavening agent in these rich chocolate teacakes. but we are thankful we had enough time to whip up another batch, in the nick of time!
